ClientCare® Bronze Subscription
Haestad Methods ClientCare Silver Membership
The Bronze Subscription is our entry-level customer service plan designed for the occasional user of Haestad Methods software. The Bronze plan includes unlimited and timely access to Technical Support, but only offers Engineering Support on a per-incident basis. Accordingly, the Bronze plan is not recommended for the novice modeler.

WHO SHOULD CONSIDER A BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION?

You should consider a Bronze Subscription if you want free access to the most recent versions and maintenance releases of your software during the subscription period, and unlimited and timely access to technical support. A Bronze Subscription provides a good introduction to the ClientCare program, and may be a comfortable fit for experienced modelers as well.

WHAT DOES THE BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE?

New Versions and Maintenance Releases

  • Access to a secure area on Haestad Methods' web site from which you can download any new release or maintenance version that becomes available during your subscription.
  • Receive the software on CD for an additional charge of $50 per release.

Support Services

  • Access to Technical Support Specialists 7 days a week via telephone, fax, and e-mail. Complete coverage for an unlimited number of Technical Support incidents.
  • Access to Engineering Support Specialists 7 days a week via telephone, fax, and e-mail, charged on a per incident basis.
  • Guaranteed response by the next business day or sooner.
  • Unlimited access to the most up-to-date technical information through the secure Haestad Methods Technical Support web site and KnowledgeBase.
