Roger Kilgore, P.E.
Roger is Principal of Kilgore Consulting and Management in
Denver, Colorado. He specializes in stormwater management
analysis and design, water quality, floodplain analysis, hydrology,
and hydraulics. He has 20 years of experience in applying stateof-
the-art modeling techniques for government and private
sector clients. His clients include the Federal Highway
Administration (FHWA), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, EPA,
state departments of transportation, and local governments.

Kristen Dietrich
As the Geospatial Training Manager for Bentley Institute, Kristen
plans and coordinates training for geospatial and other Haestad
products. For over five years, she has provided water resources
software training to engineering professionals. She has also served
as a technical writer and editor for Haestad Press, where
she was involved with engineering textbook development.
Prior to joining Bentley Systems, Kristen worked as a project
engineer for a consulting firm where she specialized in water
distribution, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems.

S. Rocky Durrans, Ph.D., P.E.
Rocky is a professor of civil and environmental engineering
at The University of Alabama, where he is responsible for
the hydrologic and hydraulic engineering programs. Prior to his
academic career, Rocky spent many years in the
consulting arena and is regarded as an authority on flood and
rainfall analysis, with many publications to his credit.
